If something arrives that isn't right, we'll make it right. We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. To get the process started, simply reach out to us at support@bygracewegather.com with your order number and a brief description of what happened. We'll take it from there.
